Do you handle the whole project or just the carpentry?
We handle whole projects. On a new build, extension or loft conversion we manage the full process including structural work, roofing, electrics, plumbing and internal finishes, as well as all the carpentry.
Will my project need planning permission?
It depends on the size and type of work and on your local council. Many extensions and loft conversions fall under permitted development, but not all of them do. We will tell you honestly what we think applies before you commit to anything.
